The Seager Memorial Clinic, dedicated to providing free healthcare services, has significantly expanded its operations. Its core mission remains to provide free, easy-access, non-judgmental, charitable medical, dental, vision, and mental health care to the underserved. Everything they do is provided 100% free to those seeking care. Since its inception in 1988 at the Ogden Rescue Mission, the Clinic has become an essential resource, particularly for those with no other access to affordable healthcare, including the uninsured (60% of patients), those with no household income (40%), and those living on under $1,000 per month. Ensuring inclusive and high-quality healthcare services is crucial for fostering and preserving well-being, curbing and treating illnesses, minimizing preventable diseases and premature death, and attaining equitable health outcomes for all citizens of the community.
The Seager Memorial Clinic's remarkable growth necessitated a move from its former location within the Ogden Rescue Mission.
Thanks to the support of compassionate individuals and generous donors, they successfully acquired a building formerly dedicated to genealogy by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The renovation project to transform this space into a fully functional clinic was completed in October 2025, and the new clinic began taking patients in November 2025. HomeAid Utah, along with Builder Captain Craig Wilcox and Peak Luxury Utah, were honored to be a part of these renovations. Through this collaborative effort, which involved a network of builders and suppliers generously donating their talent and resources, the renovation saved the clinic over $155,000 in construction costs. The Clinic is staffed by volunteers, both medical and non-medical, giving of their time to aid those who are otherwise suffering, allowing the Seager Memorial Clinic to continue this critical work in its new, expanded space.
